TERMS & CONDITION of USBSI MRM PROGRAM

To qualify for the MRM Program, ALL the following criteria must be met:

1. The promotion applies to merchant who has an open account with USBSI .
2. If a referral results in more than one new MID, all resulting new MIDs must be approved within 30 days of the first new MID’s approval date.
3. New accounts as a result of existing account’s “Change of Ownership” or “Change of Business Structure” do not qualify for this promotion.
4. An existing merchant cannot refer himself/ herself.
5. Referring merchants will only receive $50 per account for leads received during the promotion period but are converted to USBSI after June 30, 2012, regardless of the number of approved referred accounts in the same month.
6. USBSI reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel this program at any time, for any reason, with or without explanation, and no further information shall be provided. USBSI reserves the right to render all decisions and all decisions rendered by USBSI are final.
