Thank you for choosing us for your merchant processing services. By now you should have received your equipment, reprogram kit or PC software.

Need Help Getting Started?

If you have received your equipment, reprogram kit, or PC software but need help getting started, please call US Bankcard Services, Inc. (USBSI) at (888)468-1155. The line is open Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.

Our team can walk you through activation in no time. Terminal products take approximately 15-20 minutes. Software and Internet products take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Our team helps you with setup, training and any product support questions you may have. Please note that you will need to call from a phone line that is separate from the phone line used to connect your terminal.

Prior to calling please have on hand:

• Your Merchant ID (found at the top of your merchant statement)
• Your Tax ID (for security verification)
• Kit and equipment (i.e. cables, manuals, stickers, and/or software set up discs)
• Access to the internet if using Virtual Merchant
