E-90 DAY FREE TRIAL PERIOD

US Bankcard Services, Inc. will waive your cancellation fee if you are not satisfied with our service and you decide to terminate the processing agreement within first 90 days of the account approval date.

Promotion Restriction(s) & Disclaimer(s):

1. Available ONLY to those Elavon accounts that originated from www.usbsi.com ; Internal and all other referrals DO NOT qualify for the E-90 program;
2. ONLY merchants whose accounts are approved for processing are eligible;
3. This program is only eligible for ELAVON approved merchant account;
4. The 90 day time period starts on the approval date of the account; 90 days means 90 calendar days.
5. Merchant cancellation must occur by end of business of the 90th calendar day, regardless of weekend or holidays. The end day is determined by the day we receive the faxed cancellation form with date authentication. (verification of eligibility period can be verified via ACT by Customer Service);
6. Change of ownerships within family members is not eligible for this promotion. However, the same owner with a 2nd or multiple locations or a new owner taking over the same location is qualified.
7. Merchant may cancel an account without incurring any cancellation fee(s) if all conditions are met. Submit reimbursement request to Admin for all wrongful cancellation fee claims.
8. Bonuses are paid on all approved accounts on the following month. All “commission”, “bonus” and /or qualified residual amounts paid out will be subject to recourse for reason that violates any condition stated herein or in any addendum or if approved account is closed by merchant or processor within 90 calendar days from original date of approval for any reason.
9. USBSI reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel this program at any time, for any reason, with or without explanation, and no further information shall be provided. USBSI reserves the right to render all decisions and all decisions rendered by USBSI are final.
