Sales Account Executive - MSP

Job Description / Duties:

• Perform business-to-business sales explaining the value of our services to merchants and business owners
• Ascertain the unique merchant processing needs of a wide range of businesses
• Describe the details of credit card processing to customers and clients
• Consistently make at least 100 phone calls per day
• Assist customers and businesses with level 1 questions or concerns
• Occasionally perform outside sales and engage with businesses face-to-face
• Represent the company in a professional, positive manner
• Prepare complete and correct documentation for administrative processing and approval
• Communicate with customer service from time-to-time

Job Requirements / Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language

Web Developer / PHP Programmer

Searching for a Web Developer to join our team. Looking for candidate that possesses 2-3 years' experience with Web and/or applications development. Candidate must possess a strong understanding of PHP, MYSQL, Javascript, HTML and CSS. AJAX, jQuery, (any other web 2.0 programming is a plus). Great knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, (Flash is a plus) to slice comps and code. Experience designing Web applications, with a solid understanding of information design, user-interface structures, database configuration, full development of the front and back-end systems, and the constraints of designing for online products and services for our ecommerce sites. Candidate must be deadline-oriented with ability to execute and manage projects accurately and quickly. Must possess excellent communication skills; bilingual is a preferred but not required (English + Chinese).

Prerequisites:

• 3+ years of experience in PHP5-based page, architecture, application, and systems design

SEO Specialist

Industry leading financial firm is seeking a passionate, savvy SEO Specialist to build their online presence. Candidates must have a strong attention to detail and a proven ability to improve current and fresh web properties. Individuals will be a strong team player, be able to work with graphic designers and web developers, as well as understand the basics of their tasks and how they fit with company goals; be willing to take risks and monitor campaigns closely to eliminate any that do not meet the target goals The SEO Specialist will oversee all SEO initiatives including: analyzing web properties/presence, setting goals, implementing tactics and reporting result to IT manager, marketing team and executives as needed.
