Customer Service Representative
USBSI is looking for talented customer service representatives to join its growing team. Our representative’s work together to deliver superior service to our valued credit card merchant services customer base. A mostly entry-level or near entry-level position we encourage anyone with or without Customer Service experience to apply as we have immediate openings for all. Bi-lingual/Tri-lingual talent and experience in the merchant processing industry is a plus but not required. Basic training will be provided.
Sales Representative
USBSI is looking for talented inside/outside Sales Representatives and Telemarketers to join its growing team. Candidates with 1-2 years of sales experience are preferred however; we encourage anyone with or without Sales experience to apply as we have immediate openings for all. Sales representatives must be highly motivated to succeed in the credit card merchant services industry. This is an entry-level or near entry-level position. Bi-lingual/Tri-lingual talent and experience in the industry is a plus, but is not required. Basic training will be provided.
Sales Representative - Korean/Japanese/Chinese/Spanish
Los Angeles-area company is looking for talented inside/outside Sales Representatives and Telemarketers to join its growing team. We are particularly interested in bilingual; English + Korean or Japanese or Chinese or Spanish speaking persons. Sales representatives must be highly motivated to succeed in the credit card merchant services industry. This is an entry-level or near entry-level position and experience in the industry is not required. Basic training will be provided.

Following a probation period, the position will include paid vacation, holidays, and sick days, as well as medical/dental insurance and the option to participate in a 401k plan.
